Women's Day 2013
Setlabotjha Primary School commemorates and and celebrates woman's day every year. On this day, our school invites mothers and local women to come and enjoy this wonderful day with us.
Youth Day (June 16) 2013
Celebrating National Youth Day has become a culture and tradition in all of our country's schools. In keeping up with this tradition, Setlabotjha Primary School educators participated in celebrating this day.
Youth Day (June 16) 2011
In celebration of June 16th Youth Day, Setlabotjha Primary visited a fellow school called Polokong Primary for a day full sporting activities and fun.
Pupils engaged in sports while teachers supported by wearing their own school uniforms as a nationwide symbol for the support of the day.
Learner Training on Asset Management 2014
Managing one's assets is one of those skills that are needed in our day to day living. Learning these skills at a young age can bring about a better understanding of it.
This session was held at Setlabotjha Primary School to help it's youngster excel in Asset Management from a young age.
Parents Training on Asset Management 2014
This session helps parents better understand Asset Management and promote an element of resposibility and ownership.
SGB and SMT Training on Financial Management of Public Schools 2014
Mr. P.L Rampa, principal of Setlabtjha Primary School recently conducted training on financial management of public schools as per the public finance management act and other related legislative frameworks. The session included schools such as Dr. Nhlapo Primary, Itukisetse Primary and Motlotlo Primary.
SGB and SMT Training 2012
Principals organised a Bosberaad for the SGB and SMT members. The manuals was compiled by the principal from the dissentative completed during his studies [Master Degree]. The topic of the manual is [Effective Governance and Management of Public Schools. The manual clearly illustrates the roles of both Governers and managers to ensure effective management by managers and governance by governances.
The session also included parents. This was to ensure that Setlabotjha Primary School becomes the best in the district.
Our School Environment
A cleaner environment for teaching&learning created by dedicated P.S. Staff, we indeed appreciate their efforts.
Community members with PS Staff (General workers) laying paving for the school. Bricks are collected from Brick Veld for free since they are regarded as Scrap.
Also, are sorces of the 22 Mobile classrooms that are well by the School Governing Body. We received them from various school with different colours, and therefore decided to paint them the uniformity and cleanliness purposes
